Celebrating Over Two Decades
of Collaboration with Amish Artisans
What sets us apart at All Arden?
Our love for the Amish and over two decades of working with them on numerous projects has been a very rewarding experience. “Start With Why”, a book by author Simon Sinek, an inspirational best seller has been able to say it best with helping others to express what their purpose is and why they do what they do. If you haven’t read it, it is worth your time to check out. There is also a TED talk that is one of the most popular of all time and has more than 56 million views.
I started working with this Amish community in 2002 by designing and ordering cabinetry from them while I was working with a handful of custom home builders, supplying them with my designs and cabinetry. Their skills and workmanship is passed on by generation to generation. Their integrity and quality of product they make is really exceptional and they can make any style of cabinetry that I design and place in front of them. If you want something unique, we can do it. If you need custom cabinetry that will fit in an odd sized space, we can do it.
Superior Quality and Durability
At All Arden Design Studio, we take immense pride in our longstanding collaboration with the Amish community, spanning nearly three decades. This partnership has allowed us to offer our clients custom-built cabinetry of extraordinary quality and craftsmanship. The Amish artisans we work with have honed their skills through generations, creating pieces that are not only functional but also works of art.
Exceptional Workmanship and Customization
The cabinetry produced by Amish craftsmen is renowned for its durability and exquisite workmanship. Unlike mass-produced cabinets, our custom-built pieces are made with meticulous attention to detail. The Amish use traditional woodworking techniques, such as doweling and dovetailing, to ensure each cabinet is solidly constructed. Drawers are often crafted from maple and feature dovetail joints, a testament to their commitment to quality. You will never find stapled sides or poor workmanship in their creations.
Endless Customization Options
One of the standout features of Amish cabinetry is the ability to customize every aspect. The artisans can create any style of cabinetry in any type of wood, allowing clients to achieve their desired aesthetic. Whether it’s a classic, rustic desi
Sustainable Practices and Self-Sufficiency
The Amish community is known for its sustainable practices and self-sufficiency. They use their own generators to produce electricity, minimizing their environmental impact. This self-reliance is reflected in their approach to woodworking. By using hand tools and traditional methods, they maintain a connection to the craft that is often lost in modern manufacturing processes.
Generations of Skill and Dedication
The skills of Amish woodworkers are passed down through generations, with each craftsman building on the knowledge and expertise of their predecessors. This dedication to the craft ensures that every piece of cabinetry is made to the highest standards. The result is furniture that is not only beautiful but also built to last for generations.
Partner with All Arden Design Studio
By partnering with All Arden Design Studio, you can bring the extraordinary craftsmanship of Amish cabinetry into your home. Our collaborative approach ensures that your vision is brought to life with unparalleled quality and attention to detail. Experience the difference that nearly three decades of partnership with Amish artisans can make in your next design project.

“My wife and I hired the All Arden team to build our new home. We had the land already and met the GC at the property where we walked through our vision of what we wanted built. The communication was great through the process and we now have an amazing home with incredible views in Utah.”

“I met Michelle while golfing and decided to work with her and her team to design a kitchen remodel for my home. We met at my home and looked at the space and made a plan with the changes that I wanted and we went to work. I’m very happy with the cabinetry and they are high quality and just beautiful.”
